Job Responsibilities
1. Offline Home Tutoring
Conduct home tutoring on schedule in accordance with company arrangements. Standardize classroom teaching, adjust teaching methods dynamically to ensure teaching quality, and complete student learning records and teaching feedback after class.
2. Curriculum System Construction and Syllabus Design
Design phased course syllabi and build a standardized, systematic teaching system based on teaching materials and students’ learning conditions. Continuously optimize course content and structure to adapt to students at different levels.
3. Personalized Demo Class Development and Teaching
Customize 30-minute themed demo courses according to students’ age, English proficiency and personality. Integrate games, songs and situational dialogues to activate classroom atmosphere and facilitate course conversion.
4. Bilingual Translation and Localization of Teaching Materials & Documents
Undertake bilingual translation, proofreading and polishing of teaching materials, courseware and official documents. Optimize and localize teaching content to fit domestic learning scenarios and the company’s teaching system.
5. Participation in Bilingual Live Teaching
Participate in various company bilingual live courses. Deliver standard bilingual teaching, interact with audiences in real time, cooperate with the team to control live progress, and ensure teaching and brand promotion effects.
6. Recording of Teaching and Promotional Short Videos
Record professional and interesting short videos including teaching tutorials, classroom demonstrations and brand promotion content to support the company’s new media operation and course marketing.
