Job Description
RESPONSIBILITY (Blue Collar)
- To install products according to the company’s instructions
- To perform service and maintenance according company’s instructions
- Perform survey on vessels to collect complete and correct information
- Create a report of the performed work to the company that can be used for a final report of our visit sent out by the company directly to the vessel.
- Follow up of installation
- Perform service and maintenance on vessels on own products or other products related to HVAC
- Plan the working days, weeks, months to maximize the output from input
- At visits on vessels:
- fully comply to the customer’s regulations and safety demands
- during working hours’ dress in company uniform
- During business traveling always control the cost to follow the company policy
- Support the company in collecting of references and other important information to the marketing department
- Claim handling, collecting, investigating internally and externally
- Work together with other co-workers where cross business occurs
- Support Head of Research in developing / rebuild old HVAC system to more energy efficient system.
- Timely reporting to Superior in compliance with reporting routines.
- When no marine work, perform the work in workshop for Production
- Other tasks appointed by the MD
Requirements
- Proficient in English speaking
- Mechanical education background
- Hands on and skilled in installation
- Adapt to travelling life/work and workshop enviroment
