Job Description
Product Market and Competitive Analysis: Leverage regional markets to converge global common requirements. Utilize customer needs analysis models to assess product competitiveness and conduct competitive positioning for existing products across different regions. Ultimately, deliver a SWOT analysis of the identified competitors and their respective strategies.
Product Launch Strategy: Based on the product's value proposition and development trends, identify key focus regions (main battlefield), new market penetration regions, and strategic layout regions.
Product Strategy Customization: During new product launch and promotion phases, analyze the product's business model and the market's successful expansion paths in conjunction with market performance and environmental changes. This analysis will guide decisions on whether to develop new products or adjust the corresponding marketing strategies on the product side.
New Product Roadmap Planning: Clarify requirement classifications (basic vs. competitive requirements), formulate product roadmaps, and develop product specifications for new developments.
Internal Marketing Coordination: Responsible for internal alignment with the marketing team and regularly organizing and documenting the outcomes. Periodically update the requirements map, customer profiles, standards library, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Electrochemistry, Engineering Thermophysics, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of relevant product experience in energy storage or power electronics.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry technical specifications and standards. Familiarity with new product development processes, energy storage products, business models, and application scenarios.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with the electrical, structural, thermal, and software design of energy storage systems. Also, well-versed in the core components and functions of systems such as PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System).
Mindset & Resilience: Goal-oriented thinking. Ability to adapt to overseas travel and work under significant pressure.
Communication & Adaptability: Excellent communication and coordination skills, with strong adaptability to handle complex scenarios.
Strategic & Organizational Skills: Structured and systematic thinking. Excellent organizational, driving, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Language: For overseas Product Manager positions, exceptional English proficiency is preferred, enabling independent and autonomous requirement alignment with customers.
