Job Description
1. Work as a full-time foreign homeroom teacher for primary grades, deliver immersive English subject lessons based on international school curriculum standards.
2. Be fully responsible for daily homeroom management, including student attendance, classroom order, daily routine supervision, student behavior cultivation and class culture construction.
3. Design standardized lesson plans, implement student-centered classroom teaching, evaluate students’ academic progress, and complete systematic teaching documentation and student reports on schedule.
4. Track students’ academic performance, learning habits and mental well-being, and provide personalized guidance for individual student growth.
5. Conduct formal parent-teacher communication and meetings, regularly update families on students’ academic and behavioral performance, and maintain effective home-school collaboration.
6. Cooperate with Chinese homeroom teachers and academic teams to participate in curriculum training, teaching research, school activities and student daily management.
7. Create an inclusive, positive and fully English-speaking classroom environment to support students’ bilingual and holistic development.
Requirements
1. Native English speaker with authentic pronunciation and excellent language proficiency.
2. Must have formal working experience as a primary school homeroom teacher (international/bilingual school experience is highly preferred).
3. Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, English, Primary Education, TESOL or relevant majors.
4. Familiar with international primary school teaching concepts and classroom management systems.
5. Professional, patient, responsible, and passionate about primary education.
6. Strong classroom control ability, cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork awareness.
7. Clean background check, healthy physical and mental condition, able to comply with international school policies and long-term stable work.
