1. Participate in the company's operation and decision-making, and formulate related short-, medium-term and long-term product line planning; 2. Responsible for new product development and customized product development management, in the whole process of product development, put forward market demand (including SPEC, cost target, quality requirements and delivery time) to the product development project team, supervise the progress of R&D and other links (including concept stage, small-batch trial production stage, final review stage, etc.). 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, master's degree or doctoral degree is preferred, and more than 10 years of work experience related to communication products; 2.
