Job Description
Conduct market research and gather feedback from European farms, customers and dealers.
Define product roadmaps, model requirements, configurations and features.
Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for product improvement.
Drive localisation for different farming applications and operating conditions.
Work with engineering teams to improve product quality, reliability and performance.
Support European compliance and certification activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Machinery or a related field.
8+ years of relevant European agricultural telehandler experience.
Proven experience in product planning and development, with strong technical knowledge.
Good understanding of European farming applications and customer needs.
Fluent English; experience working with Chinese teams is a plus.
