News | HiredChina Wins First Prize in the Western China Human Resources Service Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, Leading Global Talent Strategies for Chinese Enterprises

On July 23, 2026, the finals of the third Western China Human Resources Service Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition were held in Chongqing. As a core supporting event of the second Human Resources Service Trade Fair and the 2026 Human Resources Industry Forum on Supporting High-Quality Manufacturing Development, this year's competition focused on the theme of "Exploring New Ideas for Innovative Development and Building a New System for High-Quality Growth," receiving over 200 innovative projects from both domestic and overseas, with 27 projects advancing to the finals.

This edition of the competition introduced two tracks for the first time: the "Artificial Intelligence Innovation Track" and the "Comprehensive Innovation Track," showcasing innovative achievements in human resources services across fields such as artificial intelligence, industry integration, and public welfare services. HiredChina won the first prize in the Comprehensive Innovation Track, recognized for its innovative practices in international talent services.

At the finals, HiredChina Chairman and CEO Yip Kit-tin from Hong Kong Anshida International Talent Groupengaged in discussions with other project leaders, exchanging insights on cross-border talent collaboration and corporate internationalization. As Chinese enterprises accelerate their global market expansion, international talent recruitment, overseas talent resource integration, and cross-border talent services have become critical components in their overseas development strategies.

Winning first prize in the Comprehensive Innovation Track marks a significant achievement for HiredChina in its ongoing exploration and innovation within international talent services. Going forward, HiredChina will continue to leverage its strengths as an international talent recruitment platform, deepen cross-border talent service collaborations, actively connect Chinese enterprises with overseas talent resources, provide professional talent support for corporate internationalization, and drive innovative human resources service models to better link enterprises with global talent.
