Job Responsibilities
1) Be responsible for the arrangement and follow-up of partners' daily work schedule and business affairs, and make relevant preparations; 2) Assist partners to arrange various meetings, prepare meeting materials, write meeting minutes, and follow up the implementation of meeting resolutions; 3) Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above, with administrative, secretarial and other related work experience is preferred; 2. Strong English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, good at handling and communication; 3. Good coordination ability and anti pressure ability, able to solve problems and deal with affairs independently; 4. Strong sense of responsibility, good conduct, professional quality and business etiquette; 5. Have Singapore PR or resident status, base in Singapore.
