Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: • Visit factories and suppliers occasionally for inspections and follow-up. • Communicate daily with Swiss headquarters and local suppliers. • Translate and support business communication (Chinese ⇄ English). • Handle local administration, customs, import/export documentation, and regulatory processes. • Coordinate container shipments, bookings, shipping documents, and communication with freight forwarders. • Support sourcing of small components, accessories, and packaging materials. • Assist with developing and maintaining local e-commerce platforms (e.g. JD.com, Tmall, Alibaba). • Organize local travel arrangements for Swiss management when visiting China. • Act as the company’s trusted, flexible, and reliable local representative in China.

Job Requirements
