Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the employee lifecycle; including recruitment and selection performance management and reviews training; and employment terminations. Liaise with overseas office for the tasks of setting up the new company Admin support to the management team (including drafting correspondence & documents, attending meetings, and taking notes, assisting in the implementation of new processes and procedures)

Job Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline and experience. 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Proven ability to multitask, organise and prioritise tasks.  Proven ability to be flexible and resourceful, proactive, and professional in a manner with a high degree of self-motivation. Problem solving abilities and have strong Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong customer service focus, as well as the willingness to continually learn about the business. Knowledge and experience interpreting and applying the Fair Work Act and Awards (ideally, the General Retail Award 2010). Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Speaking Mandarin / Cantonese will be preferred Know anyone who might be interested?
