Job Responsibilities

Achieve a rapid breakthrough from scratch in the overall structure of the overseas construction machinery branch. Be responsible for the orderly operation of services related to the construction, leasing, maintenance, and supply of accessories for various construction machinery, including dump trucks, loaders, excavators, graders, road rollers, water sprinklers, pickup trucks, bulldozers, pavers, etc. Be in charge of the selection, bidding, acceptance, transportation, use, maintenance, and repair of construction machinery equipment, as well as the management of local drivers, operators, and repairmen. Take charge of project construction management, including the management of on - site machinery and human resources, communication with clients, technical disclosure, planning and implementation of project progress, handling and coordination of on - site emergencies, mediating conflicts between local residents and the project, and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.

Job Requirements

Hold a college degree or above, majoring in mechanical, electrical, engineering - related or other relevant majors. Be in good health, aged between 35 and 55 years old. Have more than 10 years of work experience in the management and operation of construction machinery equipment. Possess strong communication, organizational, and coordination abilities, and have excellent adaptability. Be passionate about work, highly responsible, have strong execution ability, and be able to withstand high pressure. Be able to work overseas for an extended period.
