Job Responsibilities
Take full charge of human resources-related work for the Nigerian factory in Africa. Propose and formulate relevant management systems based on actual conditions. Carry out work under the guidance of the General Manager. Manage the attendance of local African employees, and be responsible for organizing and completing the management of employees' salaries, insurance benefits, etc. Calculate the salaries of local African employees. Formulate recruitment plans, organize interviews and second interviews, and complete staffing according to the needs of each department and job requirements. Design and implement training programs for employees of various positions according to the company's development requirements. Complete the performance appraisal of personnel in each department of the company to effectively achieve the purpose of performance appraisal. Be responsible for the management of employee labor relations and properly handle disputes and other related issues. Organize and implement comprehensive management of employees, including attendance, promotion, transfer, rewards and punishments, dismissal, etc. Communicate with employees, understand their ideological dynamics, and provide professional consulting services for career planning.
Job Requirements
English proficiency at CET-4 or above, with English as the working language. A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Human Resources or Psychology. More than 3 years of management experience as a personnel administration manager. Familiar with Nigerian and local labor and personnel policies and regulations; those with work experience in Nigeria will be given priority. Proficient in the processes of each module of human resource management and administrative management capabilities. Strong influence, communication and coordination skills, good learning ability and copywriting skills, and proficient in operating office computer software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong team leadership, a strong sense of responsibility and fairness, good communication and adaptability, and proficient in human resource professional skills. The ability to identify talent, quickly judge talent characteristics, and have strong affinity.
