Job Responsibilities

Responsibility 1: Maintain Existing Clients, Develop New Business, and Promote New Products Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly delivery targets assigned by the department. Maintain client relationships to foster long-term, stable, and pleasant cooperation with existing clients; promptly clear accounts and collect payments. Source new business through major platforms and launch new products. Responsibility 2: Acquire Knowledge and Enhance Brand Awareness Track and handle client feedback to improve customer satisfaction. Continuously learn to build good client service relationships and a positive corporate image. Responsibility 3: Information Collection Gather and feedback overseas market information, provide relevant suggestions, and guide the company's product R&D direction. Collect, summarize, and report daily sales data and inquiry information.

Job Requirements

Ability to communicate independently with foreign clients, develop potential clients, and maintain client relationships. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Portuguese; fluent in oral Portuguese, proficient in Portuguese correspondence, and skilled in using emails for client communication and negotiations. Possess a pioneering spirit and strong teamwork awareness, with excellent learning, communication, coordination, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Outgoing, positive, and ethical, with the ability to withstand work pressure.
