Job Responsibilities
Achieve sales and revenue targets through identifying opportunities early in the sales cycle to convert customers and penetrate existing customers to maximize sales Work in collaboration with the overseas sales team to optimize sales opportunities from customer accounts Develop new sales channels to expand client base Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and influencers at growth-oriented accounts Proactively promote SUNMAN products and solutions by utilizing marketing programs and providing relevant product trainings Maintain EPC & Installer channels Deepen internal cross-functional team relationships; bring and share with marketing trends and other information when appropriate Understand customer needs to uncover additional opportunities within accounts across all products and solutions Ensure adoption of CRM system and data integrity on CRM
Job Requirements
College degree or above with a major in Photovoltaics, engineering, business, marketing or related preferred Familiarity with the PV Industry with relevant sales experience Strong communication and customer orientation with business management skills Team player Strong learning ability and competitive spirit Willingness to travel for work 25-50% Working language: English, with strong preference for at least one European language.
