Job Description
Team Building: Establish and systematically train local sales teams, formulate clear target assessment and incentive systems, and improve the team's comprehensive capabilities in terminal customer development, project follow-up and customer maintenance; manage the daily work of local Nigerian employees, build an efficient cross-cultural communication mechanism, and promote the implementation of team collaboration.
Domestic Coordination: High-frequency docking with domestic factories, foreign trade departments and technical teams from Nigeria, timely synchronize local market demands and product adaptation suggestions, and efficiently feedback various problems in business advancement; cooperate with domestic personnel to temporarily go to Africa for business sorting and resource docking, independently undertake the daily management of the branch, and have strong independent problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements
Experience: 3 years or more of overseas business management experience, with in-depth experience in the African market preferred, and local business experience in Nigeria a plus; familiar with multiple marketing skills such as cross-border trade, localized offline marketing and cross-border e-commerce, with mature business operation cases preferred.
Competence: Have comprehensive operation capabilities in import and export trade, basic financial management, dynamic inventory control and risk management; good at cross-cultural team management, strong pressure resistance, and able to quickly adapt to the local work rhythm and environment in Nigeria; English must reach business communication level, and proficiency in Hausa or Yoruba is preferred.
Quality: Have independent decision-making ability and risk prediction awareness, and can promote the independent and efficient operation of overseas branch business under the framework of domestic and foreign team coordination.
