Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities 1. Conduct sales calls to target accounts, via phone, email and site visits 2. Maintain customer relationships, tap the maximum potential of the business, and establish good long-term cooperation. 3. Develop and maintain a portfolio of prospective OEM customers within the region and internationally 4. Identify potential customers and develop sales strategies 5. Provide effective cost-saving solutions (PPV) to customers based on accurate marketplace insight 6. Assist customers to remove excess stock proactively 7. Form a team, train new people, guide subordinates to expand their business, and achieve performance goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in any disciplines • At least 2 years of sales experience in electronics or any relevant industries is highly preferred • Passionate, proactive, self-motivated and result-driven • Ability to handle work independently, systematically in a fast pace environment • Excellent communication skills and passionate in cold calling • Good command of both written and oral English and Chinese • Active in work, serious and responsible, strong in initiative, and have a good sense of teamwork; • Experience in leading a team, cultivating subordinates, and developing business; • Those with spot industry experience are preferred, and those with relevant industry customer resources are preferred.
