Job Responsibilities

1.负责高性能弹簧金属材料的研发、应用和改进相关工作； 2.负责新产品研发中材料选型、验证等相关工作； 3.负责现有产品材料改进研究以及失效分析相关工作； 4.负责协助解决产品生产中的其它材料问题。 1. Responsible for the research and development, application and improvement of high -performance spring metal materials; 2. Responsible for the relevant work of materials selection and verification in the new product research and development; 3. Responsible for the improvement of existing product materials and related work related to failure; 4. Responsible for helping to solve other materials in product production.

Job Requirements

1.硕士（含硕士）以上学历； 2.金属材料相关专业。 3.具备金属材料元素设计的能力，能够为高性能弹簧金属材料的研发提供研究方向； 4.具备金属结构件失效分析和改进的能力，为产品改进提供建议和方向； 5.具备金属材料成分、金相、微观结构、力学性能相关测试技能； 6.熟悉金属材料的常规热处理工艺和表面改性技术； 7.熟悉金属材料加工和成型相关技术。 1. Master's degree (including a master's degree) or above; 2. Metal materials related majors. 3. With the ability to design metal material elements, it can provide research directions for the research and development of high -performance spring metal materials; 4. With the ability to analyze and improve metal structure parts, provide suggestions and directions for product improvement; 5. With metal material composition, gold phase, micro structure, mechanical performance related testing skills; 6. Familiar with the conventional heat treatment process and surface modification technology of metal materials; 7. Familiar with the processing and molding related technologies of metal materials.
