Job Responsibilities Brand Standardization Implementation: Supervise local construction parties to carry out construction in accordance with store renovation standards, ensure that materials selected meet the brand's quality requirements, and that store design standardization conforms to the company's unified image requirements. Full-process Project Management: In line with local laws and regulations in the United States, control the quality of the entire construction process, from pre-preparation, localized optimization of drawing design implementation, inspection and supervision of construction quality, to quality control of phased and overall acceptance and delivery. Risk Prediction and Prevention: Understand the U.S. regulations and requirements on renovation standards, maintain communication and connection between the company and third-party renovation companies, and avoid non-compliance risks in advance. Cost and Schedule Control: Monitor the implementation of the renovation budget, formulate Gantt charts to track progress, ensure completion within the standard construction period, and optimize the renovation cycle according to local actual renovation conditions. Coordinate and communicate cross-departmental issues, explain technical problems to the company and customers, promote the localization of the company's design drawings, and properly handle problem feedback and communication.

Job Requirements

Professional Skills: Able to read construction drawings; the ability to create and modify drawings is a plus. Capable of reviewing the company's drawings according to local government requirements and making localized improvements to internal decoration parts such as water and electricity. Possess experience in the catering industry, entrepreneurial experience, or familiarity with store renovation standards in the chain industry, and have a good knowledge of the entire renovation process. Good pressure resistance, capable of cross-departmental and cross-time-zone communication, and willing to travel within the United States. Able to start work in early July and attend training in China. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to read and understand Chinese. Green card holders and local citizens are acceptable.
