Job Responsibilities

1. Develop Customer Relationship Strategies: Design and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all guests. 2. Handle Customer Feedback: Address customer complaints and feedback efficiently and professionally, turning negative experiences into positive outcomes. 3. Team Leadership and Training: Lead and train the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service, emphasizing the importance of customer relations in every aspect of the dining experience. 4. Communication and Coordination: Act as the key liaison between customers and the restaurant staff, ensuring smooth communication and coordination to meet customer needs and preferences. 5. Event Management: Oversee the organization and execution of special events and private functions, ensuring they meet customer expectations and enhance restaurant reputation. 9. Feedback Analysis: Regularly analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to the management team. 10. Collaborate with Kitchen Staff: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that customer dietary requirements and preferences are met with the highest standards. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively. Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
