I have over 15 years teaching experience and a degree in Chinese language and literature. I have recently, this last year, gained translation experience from translating a non-fictional book (about the textile industry) from Chinese into English and am now looking for similar part time work. I will happily provide my full resume if requested and only a brief account of my working experience will be recounted here.
I have taught English for many years at these schools, and this last year have also gained translation experience. The translation job was a large and challenging project and I spent many hours each day and many days each week translating Chinese into professional English Fuller details will be included on my resume.
I took this degree about 6/7 years ago and attained a HSK level 5 qualification at that time also. I have in the meantime continued to work on and improve my Chinese skills (including reading comprehension and translation) so I believe my Chinese level is
