At this hotel, I essentially served as the boss, since the owner would only come every now and then. Some of my duties included managing the employees and their workloads and schedules, customer service (checking in and out of customers), writing receipts for the customers, as well as writing weekly reports of rooms rented, items sold, damages, etc. to the owner.
