● Assisting with the business case for various Academic Projects in IDOL ● Planning and monitoring the Project progress by coordinating with the software vendors and the various stakeholders. ● Eliciting requirement by discussing with the Administrative Officers and the Support Personnel at the various Sections in IDOL. ● Organizing the requirements in a specific format and forwarding it to software vendors. ● Translating and simplifying requirements. ● Organizing and attending meetings between the Stakeholders at IDOL and the Vendors to communicate change in requirements, bring a consensus and see to that the Change is implemented per the directives. ● Testing and validation of products, providing appropriate feedback to the vendor for debugging and improvements. ● Prepare the project to go live after a successful user acceptance testing and seeking permissions from the concerned Stakeholders and Authorities. ● Evaluate the performance of the project from the business point of view and communicate to the Vendors. ● Worked as a resource person in the FOSS(Free and Open Source Software) workshop. ● Developing and managing Website for the Workshops organized for students at IDOL(http://www.idolworkshops.mu.ac.in/) ● Coordinating with the Finance department regarding bill settlements and other finance related issues concerning various academic activities. ● Works and coordinates with Assistant professors in proposing new syllabus for IDOL students with the Board of Studies chairperson. ● Plays an important role in proofreading study materials of specific subjects developed for the students in IDOL.

● Significantly enhancing classroom learning environment and acting as a Facilitator to promote student leadership in initiating and creating positive learning opportunities in the field of Computer Science. ● Identifying areas of improvement while working with students and effectively coach them to improve their performance consistently ● Actively working with lecturers to develop and maintain high curriculum standards, developed mission statements, and set performance goals and objectives ● Proven ability to easily assimilate new ideas, concepts, methods and technologies ● Creating comprehensive classroom assessment methods and techniques-adopting effective tools that were compliant with the university regulations ● Preparing Exam Schedule; analyzing Syllabus Contents of the subjects ● Providing quality teaching to students of using all the tools, skills and knowledge and manage coverage of assigned subjects as per academic curriculum to students. ● Involved in lecturing students at UG and PG levels. Managing the entire gamut of activities from officiating as an examiner to being a paper setter, conducting practical examinations and evaluating examinations. Key Highlights ● Works as an examiner for TYBScIT /TYBSc Computer Science sem V and Sem VI examination (regular as well as ATKT) as well as MSc IT in the Mumbai University since 2008. ● Worked as an internal as well as an external examiner for TYBSc IT, TYBSc CS Project viva.
