In my present capacity, I am accountable for preparing orders program and specifying the period needed for its preparation & production; giving delivery dates by coordinating with respective departments. I also conduct modifications to ensure the manufacture of products as per specifications & quality attributes following the customer's needs and expectations. My other job duties include: Support in developing strategies and daily & weekly plans for all production units. Monitor, and assess the 5S conditions/activities. Manage a whole gamut of functions, such as measuring suitable crew requirements, scheduling employees, and liaising with Human Resources to meet changing production schedules. Steer an array of activities, such as improving productivity by-product recovery, reducing wastages, and optimizing the use of power, fuel, consumables, and packing material controlled as per budget Oversee, and supervise the formulation of over 3 new products each year. Maintain resources availability, following the initial trials onsite but also ensuring the process & product are compliant with customer specifications and the company standard for mass production. Ensured enhanced high-quality output within the products by driving the quality processes Designate, and work as a project coordinator during new project introduction by supporting the team members when implementing strategies. Coordinate the refining and their value-added products. Foster a healthy and safe work environment by applying safe work practices and following directives, policies, and procedures.
