On secondment for HKJC in Beijing as a senior business analyst and risk-management consultant specialist to the China Sports Lottery, from October 2013 to present Leading member of a small team responsible for the strategic and technological development of the CSL business, help to optimise the operational efficiency of the business, hitting turnover and delivering margin targets as directed by CSL, liability management, and all training of local traders Well-used to establishing close partnerships with, and working closely alongside CSL leaders and PRC Ministry of Finance officials. Head of training 2018-present. Overall responsibility for the designing and delivery of specifically tailored training programs to local CSL traders of varying experience/ability.
