Key responsibilities of the job included the following: -International Trading: foreign market research and analysis, search for suppliers of non-ferrous metals, copper, zinc, lead and gold concentrates as well as carrying the negotiation of the purchase contract terms. -International Projects: documents translation (English, Chinese, Spanish) regarding Amer’s International projects; consulting and assessment of the current projects and looking for new international investment opportunities (copper, zinc, gold and other precious metals mines) -Administrative work: writing the weekly and monthly reports, preparation work for the international partners’ visits; translation of Sino-foreign business negotiations. -Corporate Image: representing the company to the foreign business partners and investors, maintenance of the company’s corporate image; attending the international exhibitions and fairs on behalf of the company.
