As a director of engineering and technology, my job was to fully understand technical industry and have an accurate judgment of the technical development trend and management status of the industry by participating in the formulation of the company development strategies and plans, attend meetings and seminars, strengthen the construction and management of of technical personnel etc.

As supervisor for foreign students, I was In charge of foreign students welfare and safety, organized activities for both foreign and Chinese students to part take. And advertised availability of scholarships to foreign students seeking to pursue their studies in the unversity.

Pursued my masters degree in Business administration whiles focusing my research on marketing.
