I was appointed as the grade 8 Science (Physics) and advisory teacher. This role required me to develop new strategies to deliver the lesson to my students in a creative way, which makes every student feel that learning is enjoyable. I also provide my support and guidance to the students to explore and understand important concepts in science, including problem-solving skills, and I teach them how to do experiments in a laboratory while staying safe in the lab by following all the instructions. I was also assigned an ELA subject for Grade 8 students. I taught my students meaning, spelling, and the rules of composition and grammar. Assigning books, reading stories, journals, reports, and writing summaries, essays, and characterizations were all part of the curriculum. I also taught students professional writing skills, including resume-writing, email, and report-writing skills, which are basic. On August 1, 2010, this entry was published. As an advisory teacher, I was the homeroom teacher for all grade 8 students, managing their schedule, their attendance, and parent-teacher meetings. I worked as a STEM/STEAM instructor, developing strategies, skills, tools, and techniques in order to effectively teach science, technology, engineering, and math to students. It was also my responsibility as a teacher to plan and prepare thoroughly for the day-to-day teaching of digital technology lessons. A learning goal in the classroom was to become highly proficient in a wide range of digital technologies and their applications. Being an active member of the teaching team, demonstrating creativity and initiative to develop exciting learning experiences for all my students was the motto of my teaching style.
