I have twelve years of product development experience focused on sinks, bathroom furniture, home textiles, dinnerware and ceramics, lighting, garden, seasonal, and religious gifts. I led the development of two separate brands; Split P with Park Designs and REALLY with Carson Home Accents. I currently lead Pinefield Industries design and marketing teams for picture frames, mirrors, wall décor, and canvas art.

• Managed the development and manufacturing of all products including sinks, bathroom vanities, and home décor for a leading luxury supplier of furniture, kitchen and bath products, and home décor. • Acted as the primary contact for vendors, sourced new vendors, negotiated costs, established product pricing, managed delivery flow, and quality assurance. • Established new quality control guidelines for all products and trained relevant staffs in QC processes. • Developed social compliance policies and audits for our Asia suppliers. • Developed and managed new timeline and processes for new product releases. • Worked extensively with factories in Vietnam, China, and India on establishing more efficient processes for manufacturing and quality control. • Set up and trained staff at new Vietnam factory for sinks. • Drove CE Marking initiative for European expansion. • Managed all US and Canadian certifications and licensing.
• Developed the new “Really” brand consisting of Textiles, Tabletop and Home Décor with over 700 sku’s. • Responsible for the conceptualization and execution of all products. • Acted as primary contact for vendors, sourced new vendors, negotiated costs, product pricing, deliveries, quality assurance for textiles, tabletop, seasonal & religious product. • Identified new factories in India to produce 100% Cotton Textiles. Calculated duty rates, material costs, material usage in order to establish MOQ’s for all patterns and collections. • Developed calendar for Product Development process and ensured dates were met to meet the release date for the Product Catalog. • Traveled extensively in China and India sourcing. • Directly supervised a team of 2 Product Managers & 8 Graphic Designers in the product development processes.
• Responsible for over 900 sku’s within the Split P brand including theme direction, assortment development, product development from concept to final approval, and pricing. • Product assortment included textiles, tabletop and home décor. • Responsible for all marketing materials including packaging, catalog, web site management and advertising concepts. • Traveled extensively in China and India sourcing and vetting new and existing vendor resources. • Designed & set-up main showroom in the Atlanta Gift Mart.
