First and foremost, I graduated with a Master's degree in project management from Southern New Hampshire University. then I worked as a customer service associate with Amazon where I was in charge of answering the customers' inquiries over the phone and emails. and then I worked as a brand ambassador for a couple of brands in New York City. I am a very dedicated person, with a strong work ethic, and distinguished leadership and management skills. I have a significant experience in salesforce, and data analysis using SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft software.
