-Preparing lesson plans in accordance with students' learning needs -Designing and presenting educational material - Tailoring lessons to accommodate differences in learning style and speed - Evaluating students' progress. -Preparing and disseminating progress reports at regular intervals

-Plan ,prepare and deliver high quality foreign language training that meet needs of different groups of pupils who learn language -Prompting the pupils while they are performing their necessary educational activities and providing suggestions regarding what direction pupils should take. - Monitor progress and provide regular feedback, make yourself available to pupils as support. - During teaching process there is different types of assessment which occur at different stages of learning process(before teaching and learning begins, throughout learning process where the teacher is observing,asking questions and providing feedback,at the end of lesson and focuses on measuring the total knowledge gained at the appropriate level) -Involve concepts like peer assessment, peer observation and groupwork -Complete training related administrative tasks to specified standards -Becoming a good teacher involves finding balance between all of these roles and trying to incorporate all of these varying roles and responsabilities into teaching style. In general teacher needs to have as many of these roles being fulfilled during their day-to day work as possible in order to be as effective as possible -Contribute to the development,evaluation and improvement and actively working as member of the school staff
