1. System Setup: Help set up the site security system. This includes access control (who enters the site), patrol routes, CCTV camera placement, and emergency response plans.
2. Site Control: Manage daily security operations 24/7. Control the entry and exit of people and vehicles. Prevent theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and train a local security team. Handle scheduling and ensure discipline (experience leading a diverse team is a plus).
4. Risk Management: Identify safety risks around the mine site. Build good relationships with local authorities (police/military).
5. Emergency Response: Handle emergencies, manage crowds during labor disputes, and lead fire or natural disaster evacuations.
6. Reporting: Ensure all security activities follow local laws and company policies. Submit daily logs and monthly reports.
职位要求
1. Experience: At least 3 years of security experience.
2. Language: Basic English communication skills.
