Foreign English Teachers

Teaching & Instruction Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons in line with the school's curriculum and teaching standards Teach comprehensive English skills, including listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary, tailored to students' proficiency levels Design and adapt lesson plans, worksheets, and multimedia materials to meet the needs of different classes and learning styles Use a variety of interactive teaching methods (games, role-play, group work, projects, etc.) to keep students motivated and actively involved Create an immersive English-speaking environment and encourage students to communicate confidently in English Maintain orderly, safe, and positive classroom management in accordance with school policies Assessment & Feedback Assess and track student progress through regular quizzes, tests, assignments, and classroom observation Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance Provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents on learning progress and areas for improvement Prepare periodic progress reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings as required Collaboration & Professional Development Work closely with Chinese co-teachers to align teaching objectives and support student learning Participate in regular staff meetings, teaching workshops, and training sessions Share teaching resources and best practices with colleagues Attend school events, open days, and extracurricular activities as required Continuously reflect on and improve teaching methods based on feedback and student outcomes Administrative Duties Submit lesson plans and teaching records as required by the academic supervisor Complete other teaching-related tasks assigned by the school

Requirements: Native English speaker (or near-native proficiency) Bachelor's degree or above TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred Prior teaching experience is a plus Patient, responsible, and passionate about education Able to commit to a minimum one-year contract
