Develop and execute sales strategies for the European market to achieve business targets.
Maintain and expand business relationships with European clients, including film & television production companies, distributors and content providers.
Oversee the full lifecycle of film and television projects, covering pre-planning, mid-production coordination and post-delivery.
Collaborate with internal creative and production teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with client requirements and standards.
Participate in business negotiations, prepare and review contracts to maximize corporate interests.
Gather market intelligence and industry trends to provide data support for corporate decision-making.
Coach and manage the business team to boost team performance and professional competencies.
职位要求
Solid Chinese communication skills for daily and business conversations.
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, International Trade, Film & Television Production or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the film & television industry or related fields; experience in the European market is preferred.
Well-versed in market trends of the film and television sector.
Strong business negotiation and project management capabilities.
Able to travel internationally and work across different time zones.
Possess a valid passport and visa for international travel.
