职位描述
1. Establish and improve the financial management system; exercise overall control over the finance department's daily operations, annual budgeting, and capital management.
2. Review monthly financial statements; analyze operational performance (including production and sales); coordinate financial income and expenditure planning; and support the consolidation of financial statements for the domestic listed parent company.
3. Manage local tax affairs, ensuring the timely filing and payment of taxes such as VAT, corporate income tax, and customs duties; research bilateral tax treaties and implement legitimate tax planning strategies, including permanent establishment (PE) determinations and tax optimization.
4. Assume full responsibility for the management and training of the finance team in the Philippines.
5. Coordinate relationships between the finance department and other internal departments; establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with external entities such as banks and tax authorities.
职位要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher (full-time program) in Finance or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of financial experience in the manufacturing industry; proficiency in various financial functions, with specific experience in cost accounting and the control of expenses and funds.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English; willingness to work overseas.
4. Experience in the semiconductor equipment industry is preferred.
