职位描述
1.客户技术支持： 配合销售团队对接客户，提供养殖管理、饲料配方、产品应用等技术指导与解决方案，解答客户技术疑问。
Customer Technical Support: Collaborate with the sales team in engaging with customers; provide technical guidance and solutions related to livestock and poultry management, feed formulation, product application, and other areas; and address customers’ technical questions and concerns.
2.现场试验管理： 统筹区域内产品田间试验、效果验证试验的设计、执行与跟进，输出试验报告，支撑产品推广与客户决策。
Field Trial Management: Coordinate the design, implementation, and follow-up of product field trials and efficacy validation trials within the region; prepare trial reports to support product promotion and customer decision-making.
3.技术培训宣讲： 组织开展客户技术培训会、行业研讨会，制作技术资料，宣讲产品技术优势与应用方案。
Technical Training and Presentations: Organize technical training sessions for customers and industry seminars; develop technical materials; and present the technical advantages and application solutions of the company’s products.
4.市场技术情报： 收集区域内养殖技术趋势、疫病流行情况、竞品技术动态等信息，输出技术分析报告，为产品规划与销售策略提供支撑。
Technical Market Intelligence: Collect information on regional livestock and poultry production technology trends, disease prevalence, and competitors’ technical developments; prepare technical analysis reports to support product planning and sales strategy development.
5.产品优化反馈： 收集客户对产品的技术反馈，协同国内技术团队优化产品配方与应用方案。
Product Optimization and Feedback: Collect technical feedback from customers regarding the company’s products and collaborate with the domestic technical team to optimize product formulations and application solutions.
职位要求
1.硕士及以上学历，动物医学、动物科学、动物营养、畜牧兽医等相关专业。
Master’s degree or above in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
2.5 年以上动保、饲料添加剂或规模化养殖行业技术相关工作经验，有现场试验、技术服务经验者优先。
5+ years of relevant technical experience in the animal health, feed additives, or commercial livestock and poultry farming industries; candidates with experience in field trials and technical services are preferred.
3.英语流利，同时精通所在国家 / 地区官方语言，可胜任技术场景的双语沟通与资料撰写。
Fluency in English and proficiency in the official language of the assigned country or region; able to communicate effectively and prepare technical documentation in both languages in professional and technical settings.
4.具备适应国际化动物保健公司工作环境的能力。
Ability to work effectively in an international animal health company environment.
