1. Responsible for guiding and providing reception services to customers in the store, proactively and enthusiastically welcoming visiting customers;
2. Patiently answer basic customer inquiries, provide professional advice, and maintain customer relationships;
3. Participate in and assist in completing market activities according to the store's market activity schedule.
