Ningbo – Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

We are seeking Homeroom Teachers for our kindergarten campus in Ningbo. Start Date: December 2026 Job Description • Deliver instruction within an international, bilingual preschool learning environment. • Lead all subject-area lessons in English. • Facilitate lessons using school-provided materials and resources, enabling children to explore, manipulate and engage with content through structured learning activities and imaginative play. • Teach foundational skills including colour, shape, number and letter recognition, personal hygiene, and social-emotional skills. • Establish and enforce classroom behaviour rules and maintain orderly classroom procedures. • Read stories to whole classes or small-group sessions.

• Organise and lead activities supporting children’s physical, cognitive and social development, including games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling and field trips. • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday Salary & Benefits • Starting basic salary: 24,000 ‑ 30,000 RMB (pre-tax), determined by qualifications and relevant experience. • Monthly housing allowance: 6,000 RMB. • Comprehensive medical insurance. • Paid school holidays: 2-week winter vacation, 4-week summer vacation, 2-week Christmas break. Required Qualifications 1. Native-English-speaking candidates from UK, USA,Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. 2. Bachelor’s degree or above. 3. Minimum two years of working experience at a licensed kindergarten, either in China or your home country. A dated reference letter is required.
