Main Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, student-centered English lessons to [kids / teenagers / adults] following the school's curriculum Plan and prepare lesson materials, activities, and assessments that make learning fun and effective Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment Track student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents Collaborate with fellow teachers on lesson planning, events, and school activities Participate in school-organized activities such as open days, holiday events, and demo classes Attend occasional training sessions and staff meetings to keep improving your teaching skills Assist with marketing or promotional activities (e.g., demo lessons) when needed
