Working as Project Manager to implement Localization of Chile & Colombia in Arval. Leading a multinational team my role was to articulate the project planning, engage with client and align on expectations as well as coordinate my team during the implementation in order to keep planning and work on time. Working as Project Manager to implement Spain & Colombia in Affianza/SPA. My task on this project is to improve the project methodology by engaging internal members with external members, determine project planning and align expectations of the customer. As Portugal Country Manager, my role is to build the documentation and engage with Portugal Tax Authorities in order to allow Excelia to have a Portugal Legal Certification in their ERP [Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central].

Starting on May 2018 in Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP as a Support team member consultant. My role within this team was to provide first-line of support to customers, primarily in the domains I was specialized i.e, Finance, Fixed Asset, Tax and Legal. In January 2020 I have become Functional Consultant [Subject Matter Expert - SME] in the project lead by IBM to implement worldwide the ERP NAV2016 in Royal Canin. I have worked with multinational teams my role was to plan, design, train, deploy and support Royal Canin subsidiaries while implementing the NAV ERP. As main focus on this project, I have integrated Business Units that combine both Market and Factory activities, where I have started as Supply and Logistic consultant specialist and then progressed to Finance, Costing, Closing and Manufacturing consultant specialist. In my last project in Royal Canin China, not only I had the opportunity to be the Functional Consultant Leader but also I had the possibility to travel and stay in China for 5 months working closely with the project team on site in Shanghai.
