Forecasted industry monthly sales per car segment for each European region and incorporated the findings with analyses on the impact of eco-friendly vehicles, new diesel laws and FCEV prospects to provide concise recommendations to the top management. Conducted several independent analyses on competitors, car production, tax benefits, new European laws/regulations and alternative fuel vehicles and delivered them to the top management.

Successfully worked in a team of 5 to help migrate branch transactions to a digital format. Results, recommendations, future impact and implementation plan presented to top executives of the company. Possible variable cost savings of more than 4.200.000 HKD per year and 5% shift in “Operations:Sales Ratio” after recommendations are implemented. Interviewed more than 250 customers, tellers, sales managers and branch managers across 10 branches. Performed field work and registered around 1200 transactions across 6 branch visits, recording their type, total time, customer interaction time with the teller, waiting time and remarks on each. Elaborated and conducted an external survey, reaching out to more than 500 people.

Secured a budget of 1.000.000 KRW from the university for the following semester (previously inexistent). Managed several issues on the Corporate Relations, Events, CSR and Marketing & Communications levels.
