An experienced, Shanghai-based manager seeking new long-term employment opportunities within business development, sales, marketing, events, tourism, education and/or training. With an aptitude for problem solving, technology utilisation, Chinese language, leading teams and project management, I have a large variety of skills that I hope to add to and develop with an exciting and growing organisation. Reporting directly to the General Manager, responsibilities are equally shared between both sales and marketing. Primary sales sales roles include streamlining existing & creating new sales systems, product development, account acquisition & management, business development, preparing and delivering presentations, proposals & contracts, creating improvements to customer database, staff management and some accounting. Marketing duties include website creation/development, brand management, marketing material design & translation, creation of promotion strategies, author press releases & articles, merchandise design & sourcing, photographer, video editing, media database maintenance, market research, and some social media management. Other tasks includes logistics, tour guiding/activity instructing, communications management, interpreter, events management, IT administration and handyman.
