As a medical device production leading hand, I oversee the manufacturing process of medical devices, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Manage a team of production workers, scheduling and coordinating their activities to meet production targets. I also oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, and collaborate with other departments to improve processes and product quality; ensuring that medical devices are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
