Organizing, directing, coordinating the activities of Shore Excursion with local agent in each port of call, ensuring the smooth operation and proper administration of tour dept, handle guests complain/comments, re-scheduling Tour staffs shift, coordinate and ordering with local agent on buses and guides needed, prepare tour information & related documents, conducting training for tour dept on job related every twice a week, briefing and meeting with Tour staffs for next function job and to maintain good relationship between inner dept on-board the ship as well as with ground handling agent on shore.

Responsible for: Supervised opening tour counter and ticket selling on destination cruise, reported to Manager any increment on bus requirement on bus request, supervised tour staffs on their behavior while interactive with customers and to conduct training on every twice a week.

Responsible on tour counter opening hrs and ticket selling on destination cruise, arrangement of parking area for tour buses and tour guides and tour sales report to Tour Manager

Responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food and food preparation storage area are clean and properly sanitized. This includes washing dishes area and cooking equipment and floor cleaning are clean according to health code standard.

Assisting Manager in the daily day to day running operation of hotel booking, especially for Kuala Lumpur hotel Genting Highland, assisting ticketing dept in order to do airline reservation and promoting tour package to all guests during peak season and assisting guests on room calibration.
