Liaoning University of International Business and Economics (LUIBE) is a comprehensive university under the leadership of The Educational Department of Liaoning Province. At present, the university has 5 schools and 15 majors, with nearly 12,000 boarding students. It is the only university specialized in Foreign Trade in Northeast China. LUIBE is located in Dalian, Liaoning Province in northern China. Dalian is an important central city, port and scenic tourist city in the north coast of China, also is recognized as a fashionable and dynamic city with clean seaside, green mountains, amiable weather and variety historical sites.
