Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. founded in 1958, it was transferred from the former Ministry of Coal Industry of the State to Henan Province in 1998. At present, the company has developed into a globally important supplier of comprehensive coal mining technology and equipment for coal mines, as well as a transnational automotive parts enterprise group with international influence. Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (Zheng 煤机) is a listed company on both A-share and H-share markets. It is a state-owned enterprise with diversified and mixed ownership. Currently, it has three business segments: coal mining machinery, automotive parts, and investment. It has 28 branches in 18 countries and regions around the world, with more than 17,000 employees. The company is one of the few coal mining equipment manufacturers in China. The group is committed to the production and sales of coal mining equipment such as hydraulic supports, scraper conveyors, roadheaders, and large-scale high mining hydraulic supports. In 2014, it was listed as a "double pilot" unit for the reform of developing a mixed ownership economy and the professional manager system reform in Henan Province. In 2018, it was selected as one of the enterprises participating in the "Double Hundred Action" of state-owned enterprise reform by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. From 2019 to 2020, it was continuously selected as one of the top 100 enterprises in China's machinery industry and one of the top 500 enterprises in China by Fortune magazine.
