湖南拙燕仓物流有限公司（简称“拙燕仓”）成立于2020年，是全国领先的全渠道仓配一体化运营服务商，专业的全渠道物流服务平台，是湖南首家拥有自主研发系统的第三方智能化云仓。 拙燕仓现有B2C、B2B、跨境、保税、物流科技等几大业务板块并互为支撑、协力前进，组成了以信息流驱动商流、物流和资金流的拙燕仓物流生态圈，可以为客户提供全链路供应链解决方案。 现有团队1000余人，其核心团队由物流领域的资深从业者组成，职能岗位高等学历占比93%，其中研究生占比超过10%。 迄今已累计服务500多家品牌客户，覆盖超1亿消费者，仓储网络覆盖全国5大区域，设有10个标准仓、 14个保税仓、3个海外仓，仓储面积超30万平方米，单仓日均峰值处理能力超过100万单。 拙燕仓率先推行了“仓管家”服务，为客户提供专人一站式定制化服务：入仓方案、大促规划、运营质量监控、业务定期复盘、供应链全链路优化等主动服务。此外，拙燕仓还是第一家提出并实行“每日订单截单时间为21点”的云仓。 发展至今，拙燕仓已先后获得仓储管理系统等13个软著、4个仓储物流相关的实用新型专利证书、危险化学品经营许可证、医疗器械经营许可证、海关AEO高级认证企业证书等数十项资质。2021年被评为高新技术企业，2023年获得中国（湖南）自由贸易试验区长沙片区临空区颁发的创新发展先进单位、经济贡献突出单位等多个荣誉称号。 Hunan Zhuoyan Warehouse Logistics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhuoyan Warehouse") was established in 2020. It is a leading integrated operation service provider for omni channel warehouse and distribution in China, a professional omni channel logistics service platform, and the first third-party intelligent cloud warehouse in Hunan with independent research and development system. Zhuoyan Warehouse currently has several major business segments, including B2C, B2B, cross-border, bonded, and logistics technology, which support each other and work together to form a Zhuoyan Warehouse logistics ecosystem driven by information flow, logistics, and capital flow. It can provide customers with full chain supply chain solutions. There are currently over 1000 members in the team, with the core team consisting of senior professionals in the logistics field. 93% of them hold higher education in functional positions, with over 10% being graduate students. So far, we have served more than 500 brand customers, covering over 100 million consumers. Our warehousing network covers 5 major regions across the country, with 10 standard warehouses, 14 bonded warehouses, and 3 overseas warehouses. Our warehousing area exceeds 300000 square meters, and our daily peak processing capacity for a single warehouse exceeds 1 million orders.
