COMPANY HISTORY AND PRESENTATION Based on the wishes of Mr. Giuliano Maselli and other capital shareholders, the company was founded as a trading limited company in Carpi(MO) in 1976. In 1980, it was transformed into a limited liability company. In 1981, the headquarters was moved to correggio (RE).
