Overview

　Grand Gemdale Tennis Club was established in 2003, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the listed company-Gemdale Corporation (600383). Currently, Grand Gemdale Tennis Club boasts of many professional coaches accredited by PTR and ITF and thousands of members. The branches of Grand Gemdale Tennis Club in Shenzhen, Nanjing, Shanghai and Beijing have been put into operation, and the Club will set up stadiums in Dalian, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Wuhan and other 3 cities and become a chain tennis club having most stadiums in China. For years, Gemdale Tennis Club has successfully held dozens of brand tennis tournaments, such as “Gemdale Masters”, “Gemdale Juniors” and “Shenzhen Team Event”, etc.　Up to 2013, Shenzhen has successively held many WTA Shenzhen Gemdale Open Tournaments and actively negotiates the introduction of ATP250 Tournaments. In 2014, Gemdale Tennis Club will formally become one of the organizers to make these two international professional tennis tournaments Shenzhen’s major sports events. The project of Grand Gemdale Pingshan International Tennis Academy that has been started will cooperate with international tennis academies to comprehensively cultivate China’s tennis talents at professional, amateur and educational level. The “Grand Gemdale Love Foundation” founded in 2011 has formed a training team for 8 students from Gansu Province and is planning to form more than 3 training teams in the next few years to build a complete professional tennis training system. 　　Sticking to its business philosophy of “Be devoted and be sincere”, Grand Gemdale is determined to be China’s most valuable international tennis club and operator of tennis tournaments to promote China’s development of tennis industry and finally realize the vision of “Tennis changes lives”.
