Overview

HannStar Board Tech. (Jiangyin) Corp., is invested and established in China Mainland by HannStar Board Co., under Taiwan Walsin Lihwa Group. The main products are various kinds of multilayer PCBs, whose types include special purpose boards for Notebook computer, cell phone, flat-panel TV, game machine, communication device, Set-top box and servo. Its equipments are mainly introduced from Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Israel and U.S.A., which are all the advanced equipments in the field. The company started planning and preparation of construction in February 2002 sharing a total area of 250 mu, of which monthly capacity for the No. 1, 2 and 3 factory has reached 3.50million square feet. In 2006 it purchased land for the 4th factory sharing an area of 202 mu, which is predicted to attain 5.50 million square feet of capacity of total factories of Jiangyin after the 4th factory is fully loaded. The company started to be publicly listed and traded at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 0ctober 6th 2006, and becomes the 1st Jiangyin and Taiwan owned PCB factory that lists in HK. Currently its Notebook computer purpose PCB has been over 40% of the global market share, who is a big Notebook computer purpose PCB vendor.
