Introduction SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile (SGMW) is a joint venture of SAIC Motor Co.Ltd (50.1%), GM China (44%) and Guangxi Automobile Group Co.Ltd (5.9%). We are the first Chinese-foreign joint venture established during the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises in China. Our predecessor can be traced back to the Liuzhou Power Machinery Factory, which was founded in 1958. In terms of manufacturing, SGMW operates four major bases in China: the Liuzhou Hexi Headquarters, the Liuzhou Baojun Base, the Qingdao Branch, and the Chongqing Branch. We have established a production framework that integrates and complements regions across the east, west, south, and north. Additionally, we have 2,800 sales outlets throughout China, covering 98% of prefecture-level cities and 79% of county-level cities, making the network coverage the largest in the industry. SAIC-GM-Wuling's corporate vision is to "Be an innovative and multi-field benchmarking enterprise bringing supreme experience". We own two high-value automobile brands: Wuling and Baojun. Wuling remains focused on its original mission to meet people's needs by creating products that are affordable and practical; while Baojun is characterized as 'Young, technological, and progressive,' dedicated to exploring future lifestyles with the motto 'Technology for the people, fashion for the people.' Baojun continually upgrades its products, adapting to the developments of the new era while striving to popularize new energy technologies. It focuses on developing accessible technological products and has become an important driver of SGMW's qualitative growth.
